NIB finances Securitas’ investments in digitalisation and AI

NIB has signed a USD 190 million (approximately EUR 165 million) seven-year loan agreement with Securitas AB. The loan will finance the company’s investments in digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI).

The loan from NIB will enable Securitas to continue its investments in new and upgraded digital platforms and AI technologies. These investments are aimed at modernising security measures, allowing more efficient and effective monitoring and response to potential threats.

AI is transforming the security sector by enabling a more proactive and analytical approach to safeguarding people, property and assets. By leveraging AI, Securitas can enhance its ability to predict and mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and security of European businesses and citizens.
